Having thought about what your It's Partabulous entertainment package may include from the above, you will need to provide us with some details of your request by filling in the simple online form on the 'Make An Enquiry' page. If you would like a better idea of the style and content of entertainment you can expect to receive at your party, just select the 'Request A Party Plan Example' tick box within the Party Package Requirements section of the online form and a unique username and password will be emailed to you so that you can gain exclusive access to the client area and view some party plan examples of the most popular party themes here at It's Partabulous.
Once you have submitted your request form via the 'Make An Enquiry' page you will be contacted for a consultation to discuss your full party requirements. Once finalised you will receive a party contract by email detailing what It's Partabulous will deliver for your child's party.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your party booking.
In order to provide the best level of entertainment an additional fee of £3 will be charged for each child attending that exceeds a total number of 24. This number excludes the birthday child and their siblings.
If the party venue is located over 60 miles from Basildon a travel contribution fee between the amount of £10 - £35 will be charged. This fee will be calculated and is dependant upon the total travel cost, using all means of transport necessary, for a return journey to and from the party venue.
The remaining fee should be paid by either cash or cheque on the date of party delivery.
Your party plan detailing the entertainment programme will be emailed to you at least one week prior to your party.
If you select themed invitations you will receive these 5-7 working days after receipt of your deposit. Any further EXTRAS requested will be delivered 1 hour prior to your party by your entertainer.
It's Partabulous would appreciate at least two weeks' notice for a party booking. This can be flexible depending upon the current party diary. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
